Aptology is looking to add CSMs to sheperd customer engagements. Aptology’s customer base features some of the world’s leading brands, including Google Cloud, Oracle and ADP. This is an exciting opportunity for program-focused, high-touch CSMs with a cutting-edge startup in the behavioral and data science space.
Fully remote work initially, interacting with a management team based primarily in the Western U.S. with global customers. (May include minor travel and customer visits at some future date.)
The ideal candidate has:
Strong program and project management skills. Hands-on project and task tracking. Good communication skills – verbal and written. Able to precisely translate client business needs into actions for internal team members.
Experience with sales operations, sales management, or sales enablement functions. Understanding of sales compensation plans, performance metrics, and operational dynamics of the sales process.
Good data analysis and spreadsheet skills. Able to work with client data to analyze, sort, and prepare for modeling.
CRM and sales automation systems experience a plus.
Prior employment in sales analytics, CRM, or people analytics companies a plus.
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, residing in the United States.
Based in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone, helpful but not a requirement.
